Katie O’Connor is the founder of Shine: A Light on Fertility, a Chicago-based nonprofit organization whose mission is inspire fertility empowerment by sharing the journey. Shine supports women through mentorship, community, and education. They empower women by encouraging a proactive approach to fertility health and fertility preservation. She is a wife, mom (to her daughter and cat), only child, runner enthusiast, run coach, and women’s fertility health advocate!
