Change and growth can be scary, but they are easier when we feel empowered and supported. As a therapist, my goal is to create a warm, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment to explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns. I utilize a person-centered, holistic approach to work alongside you and help you feel more connected to yourself and your goals. We all deserve to feel supported, safe, and confident, and I strive to create a space where we can identify and work toward your goals together.
My therapeutic approach can be described as relational, warm, and direct. I believe my clients are experts of their own experiences and I feel privileged to be trusted with their stories and walk with them in their journey of growth. I bring authenticity and compassion to every session and incorporate humor when appropriate in my work with clients.
My clinical areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, suicidality, disordered eating and body image issues, self-harm, relationship issues and boundary setting. I have specific interest in working with adolescents, young adults, those experiencing life transitions, those experiencing body image struggles, and those who are on a journey through parenthood in its various stages.
I received training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT). I also have experience utilizing a Motivational Interviewing framework. I am informed by these evidence-based practices and also incorporate somatic processing, mind-body connections, and creative expressions into my sessions. I am currently pursuing further specialized training in body image and disordered eating concerns, as well as training in perinatal and reproductive mental health and couples therapy. I am delighted to work with individuals and couples navigating parenthood and its impact on their relationships.
I obtained my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rochester and my master’s degree in social work from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Before joining Wildflower, I was a therapist in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care in southeastern Pennsylvania supporting adolescents and families struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, suicidality, disordered eating and other concerns.

I’m originally an east coaster, I have a calico cat named Atty who is an expert at relaxation, and I love spending time in the sunshine and out in nature.
Cooking a good (and uncomplicated!) meal is my favorite form of self-care, but a slow morning with a cup of coffee and an episode of my favorite show is a close second.
