About this event
This virtual, hour-long yoga class is appropriate for all levels and beginner-friendly. We will move through a mindful practice of fundamental Hatha yoga poses focusing on building flexibility, ease of movement, strength, and integrating our breath. A balance of seated and standing postures will be offered, and an emphasis will be placed on stretching/releasing tension in the upper back/neck/shoulders. No props needed (though if you have them and love them, use them!).
Teacher Information: Natalie Breitmeyer, MA, LPC, R-DMT, RYT, is a trauma-informed psychotherapist, registered dance/movement therapist, and trauma-informed yoga teacher. She is the intake manager and psychotherapist at Wildflower Center for Emotional Health.
