Group-based support is a powerful means of addressing a variety of personal and relational difficulties. Support groups unite people in a shared experience of vulnerability and connection as they work towards desired goals. We currently facilitate the following weekly support groups: Infertility Support Group, New Moms Support Group, Pregnancy Support Group, Mindful Coping Group, and Everyday Coping Group.
In addition to support groups, we regularly offer one-time workshops for clients as well as clinical training opportunities for mental health providers.
