In my role as a co-founder of Wildflower Center for Emotional Health, I emphasize integrity, respect, and a commitment to fostering a supportive organizational culture. I oversee Wildflower’s human resources functions and key aspects of business operations that keep our practice running smoothly. I am dedicated to maintaining a workplace that aligns with Wildflower’s core values so that our staff can do what they love while our clients receive the incredible care they deserve.
I have always been deeply inspired by the complexities of the human experience—the stories we carry, the resilience we embody, and the transformative power of healing. With almost 20 years of experience in the mental health field, my work continues to be grounded in the belief that change is always possible, and that with the right support, we can move toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment.
I am honored to work with incredible people who are willing to trust the process and invite me to accompany them on their respective journeys. I believe we all do our best with the tools we have at any given moment, and at times, we need support beyond what we can offer ourselves. Asking for help can feel impossible, and connecting with others is our pathway to healing. Every moment offers a new beginning.
My areas of specialty include perinatal and reproductive mental health, grief and loss, life transitions of all kinds, trauma therapy, sex therapy, and mood and anxiety disorders. I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH-C), and practice from a framework that integrates psychodynamic, existential, and evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
I hold a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Boston College and a Master of Arts in clinical social work from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice. As a career changer, my diverse life experiences have fundamentally shaped my identity as a therapist and leader. I have led support groups, workshops, and trainings in various professional environments from community mental health centers to inpatient hospitals to intensive outpatient programs. I am dedicated to my own professional growth through ongoing education and specialized training, and I enjoy mentoring emerging clinicians through clinical consultation and supervision.
My most fulfilling professional endeavor has been co-creating Wildflower and having the opportunity to work alongside such a gifted group of clinicians while supporting people in making meaningful change. I am truly honored to do this work.
Outside of Wildflower, you will find me juggling life with my husband, son, and our sweet dog, Alice, who collectively keep me on my toes. I love to ski and spend time anywhere among the trees. My lifelong friendships keep me grounded and smiling.
