consultation to assist you in determining if our services will fit your needs.

If she is unavailable, please leave a voicemail message with your name, phone number and email address, and you will hear from us within 24 hours (except for weekends and holidays – if calling on those days, expect a call back on the next business day)

You will receive an email after completing your booking. If you do not receive an email from us within 10 minutes of choosing your time slot, please check your email spam folder and/or call our direct number to confirm the callback.
Upon scheduling your initial visit, you will receive an invitation to register for the Client Portal where you will find New Client Forms. To make the intake process as smooth as possible, we ask that you kindly complete the forms prior to your first appointment.

The time that is allotted for your therapy session is reserved for you. For this reason, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will incur the full session fee.
