All of the staff I have interacted with at Wildflower have been so caring and lovely. I appreciate so much the ease of acquiring services and the way that my specific needs and schedule were used to help me find a therapist that would best suit me. My therapist is both knowledgeable and supportive and has helped me create such a solid foundation for personal growth and success. Wildflower is such a welcoming, safe space and I am so thankful to have found this practice.
Forms
To make the intake process as smooth as possible, we will ask you to complete our New Client Forms prior to your initial visit. Your therapist will review the paperwork with you and gladly address any questions you may have about our policies and guidelines.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give those who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical services. Read more about Good Faith Estimates.
