consultation to assist you in determining if our services will fit your needs.
Please note we offer teletherapy and in-person appointments. To ensure safety of our clients and staff, we require that clients receiving services in person be fully vaccinated and up to date with their COVID-19 vaccine.

If we are unavailable, please leave a voicemail message with your name, phone number and email address, and you will hear from us within 24 to 36 hours on business days (M-F). If reaching out on a weekend or holiday, please expect to hear back within the next two business days.

You will receive an automatic email confirmation after completing your booking. If you do not receive an email from us within 10 minutes of choosing your time slot, please check your email spam folder. If the email cannot be found there, please call our direct number to confirm the callback.

Upon scheduling your initial visit, you will receive an invitation to register for the Client Portal where you will find New Client Forms. To make the intake process as smooth as possible, we ask that you kindly complete the forms prior to your first appointment.

Fees
Insurance Information
We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice plans. Learn more about using your insurance for mental health services.
Cancellation Policy
The time that is allotted for your therapy session is reserved for you. For this reason, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will incur the full session fee.
